Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy “makes important saves at important moments,” according to Manchester United’s great Rio Ferdinand.

Mendy has made eight saves in his first three Premier League games, giving him a 100% save completion rate, compared to just four for Kepa this span (57%).
