The veteran Ghanaian musician who is also a spokesperson for the 2020 Democratic National Congress election campaign on Creative Arts, Rex Omar has asked the rank and file of the Democratic National Congress to use ‘street’ tactics protecting polling stations to avoid judicial problems after the December polls.

The spokesperson in a note on Facebook stated that the 2020 elections are not supposed to end in court, but rather all matters are to be resolved on the street.

In a later note, he added that polling stations are the streets where all electoral matters must be resolved and assured that no one goes to court.

In a separate talk with famously handsome journalist and blogger Mustapha Nii Okai Inusah, Rex Omar said that he is advising the NDC rank and file to help protect the ballot box so that the ruling New Patriotic Party’s plans to steal the elections through the polls the stations will not work.

He concluded that he used the word street in his post to represent the polls and also to prevent the NPP from trying to steal the elections so that the NDC can appear in court while they continue to govern.

“The street tactic that I am talking about is that people in NDC use the practical forms of surveillance, concentration, hard work in the campaign and also to protect the ballot boxes, to campaign house to house and not violence as the opposition is trying to turn it to “.
