Real Madrid Train Only With Players Who Have Had COVID-19 – Latest Ghana Soccer News, Live Scores, Results

Real Madrid continues to try to limit the impact of the spread of COVID-19 within its ranks, and its latest measure has seen them make the decision to allow only players who have already had the virus to train this week. On Tuesday it was necessary for the club’s senior team to complete a full training session, but Real Madrid was only able to recover the necessary numbers by summoning Castilla members.

However, to limit the spread of the virus, only young players who had recovered from COVID-19 were selected.

Real Madrid determined that these people would have the necessary antibodies to fight a second infection and, in fact, could train with the senior team with less risk.

The juniors have not been able to train with the first team this season as a result of the anti-coronavirus measures, despite the fact that Castilla had their own testing system. However, that could not prevent Castilla’s recent match with Real Majadahonda from being postponed as a result of numerous positive tests.

With most of the senior team on international service, only Marcelo, Isco, Mariano Díaz and Diego Altube were able to train on Monday. Tuesday’s session saw Martin Odegaard, Dani Carvajal, Lucas Vázquez, Ferland Mendy and Nacho Fernández return to training, meaning fewer youth players were needed. Toni Fuidias, Victor Chust, Xavi Sintes and Kenneth Soler participated in Tuesday’s session, while there were a handful of Juvenil A players.
