Real Madrid Femenino were able to once again celebrate a victory in Valdebebas by beating Athletic Club in LaLiga Iberdrola on Sunday, adding three vital points in the fight for the Champions League places.

The victory was Madrid’s fourth of the season so far this season and the third at home, while Athletic have already lost consecutive games, having remained undefeated until their sixth matchday.
