When it comes to the benchmark of corruption, incompetence, mismanagement, and waste of public resources, yes, Ghanaians and the whole world agree that John Mahama is incomparable.
But on the basis of good governance, responsibility, incorruptible personality, prudent management of public resources, powers and the delivery of campaign promises, President Akufo-Addo is far ahead of the corrupt John Mahama.
We ask Mr. John Mahama to reflect and be sober about his failures during his tenure, including:
1. Prolonged dumper
2. Collapse of companies.
3. Inability to complete your proposed 200 SHS Community Day School project
4. Cancellation of subsidies for nursing professors and students.
5. Freezing in public sector recruitment due to IMF conditions.
6. Collapse of NHIS policy
7. Killer taxes in the business community
8. Massive corruption scandals since the 4th Republic.
9. Bad management of the economy, including the high inflation rate, the depreciation of the cedi, unreasonable policy rates and high interest rates.
10. Lack of respect for the Christian community and Ghanaians in general.
11. Arrogant and pompous display of power including attacks on J. J. Rawlings, pastors and traditional leaders of the country.
12. ‘Stupid’ display of creating, looting and sharing, including removing more than 90% of the country’s bauxite concessions for the Mahama family.
13. Inability to investigate Prof. Mills’ sudden death.
John Mahama, respectfully, these were some of his excellent backgrounds in government and he never thought that Ghanaians would forget him so soon.
