Sergio Ramos, captain of Real Madrid, is attracting the interest of English giants Manchester United and French champion Paris Saint Germain.
Ramos has yet to sign a new deal despite his contract ending in the summer with reports indicating that talks between the player’s camp and the club have stalled in recent weeks.
The lack of clarity about the player’s future, as seen in the Daily Mirror, reports that United have signaled their interest in making a free transfer offer for defender PSG.
The 34-year-old has spent his last 15 years in the Spanish capital and is free to negotiate a pre-contract transfer to a non-Spanish club, and reports indicate the player might consider moving to Asia or the United States as his other option .
Interested clubs are likely to ask the Spanish defender to accept a pay cut from his current annual salary of 10 million euros due to his age.
