A month full of unconvincing performances by Real Madrid with a few exceptions here and there.
Possibly the most tumultuous month of Zinedine Zidane’s second spell as manager, the month of November saw Real Madrid play six games. Although the players managed to get their UEFA Champions League campaign back on track before losing 2-0 to Shakhtar Donetsk, the team failed to win a single La Liga match, losing twice and drawing a match.
Marked by injuries and COVID-19, an exhausted team could not avoid the blushes in La Liga. The international break continued its curse on Los Blancos when captain Sergio Ramos returned to Madrid with an injury.
Although the month of December started on a positive note, winning 1-0 away at Sevilla, we rate the performances of all Real Madrid players during the month of November.

Thibaut Courtois, who has started all the games this season, is the one who has played the most minutes with Real Madrid in 2020-21. However, in the month of November he could have done little to prevent the team from losing half of the games it played.
Real Madrid conceded a total of 11 goals. Courtois conceded a penalty, causing Samuel Chukwueze to stumble. He also made a big mistake against Alavés. At Real Madrid, the margins of error are already very low, especially when the team is under pressure at a crucial phase of the season.
Credit where it is due also produced big saves. It has definitely proven that it can be reliable. We look forward to a great December from the Belgian Wall.
