The deputy from the Ofoase Ayirebi constituency in the eastern region, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has supported some 400 people from his constituency in a fully paid apprenticeship program.
According to the Minister of Information, the program, which “will include hairdressers, dressmakers, welders, carpenters and other trades.”
“In total, 400 beneficiaries will have their costs paid and logistics provided. God help us to be successful, ”said Mr. Nkrumah, one of President Nana Akufo-Addo’s best ministers.
He also inspected the works of the Akyemansa Sports Complex.
According to him, the project is 70 percent complete, adding that “We hope to receive the Black Stars here one day.”
“The Akokoaso-Kumanin highway has now also started to receive attention. It will shorten the trip to Accra as we can now go through the Kumanin forest, ”he said.
“Chia has also received a mobile phone mast to improve connectivity and economic activity. I ended the day with a meeting at the youth council in Brenasi, receiving comments on our 1st session in the 8th Parliament ”, added the minister.
