NSMQ 2020: Keta SHTS eliminates Pope John Seminar, Navrongo SHS to clinch semifinal

Keta SHTS has eliminated its contending schools; Pope John Seminary and Navrongo SHS from the race to become winners of the 2020 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) in the fourth stage on Saturday.

Emmanuella and James have secured a second chance in the semifinal stage for Keta SHTS.

Keta SHTS outscored the Koforidua and Navrongo SHS-based school in all five rounds of the contest.

Taking a lead in round 1, Keta SHTS secured 22 points to beat the competition.

Navrongo SHS and Pope John Seminary followed with 16 points and 11 points respectively.

Unfazed by the intensity of the sprint, Keta SHTS maintained his strength with 26 points in round 2.

Navrongo SHS did not earn any points on your account.

However, Pope John Seminary fell 5 points by failing to find a way in this round.

The problem of the day in round 3 turned out to be a difficult obstacle to overcome.

The three schools; Keta SHTS, Navrongo SHS and Pope John Seminary failed to earn a point at the end of the round.

Giving Keta SHTS a run for its money in round 4, Navrongo SHS came close to taking the lead position with 29 points.

Keta SHTS scored 33 points to maintain the lead. Although not out of mind, the Pope John Seminar was lost to sight with 13 points.

Answering the third puzzle at the end of the contest, Keta SHTS scored 36 points to eliminate Navrongo SHS and Pope John Seminary with 29 points and 13 points respectively.
