Kotoko has started training for next season
Asante Kotoko Communications Director Moses Antwi-Benefo has revealed that there were no negative cases at the end of the Coronavirus test for players, members of the technical team and club management.
In recent days, the club has taken its players for a routine medical evaluation, as well as the required Coronavirus test before returning to training.
Today, Moses Antwi-Benefo has confirmed that all the tests carried out by players and managers of the club have been negative.
“Players, technical staff and members of management who tested Covid-19 at Asante Kotoko have received their results and all are negative,” the Kumasi-based club’s communications director told Oyerepa FM.
And he adds: “There will be a 2nd test and then the 3rd in Koforidua where the team will stay for 21 days.”
Meanwhile, the team started training at Adako Jachie today to prepare for the upcoming football season.
