PSG star Neymar has come under fire after allegedly hosting a five-day party at a resort near Rio de Janeiro for 500 revelers as the death toll from coronavirus in his country exceeds 190,000.
The soccer player had a disco with acoustic protection built in an annex of a mansion in Mangaratiba on Rio’s famous Costa Verde to prevent neighbors from hearing the noise, according to the Brazilian newspaper O Globo.
The mega party is said to have started on December 25 and will continue through the New Year.
Neymar owns a £ 6 million mansion in Mangaratiba with his own helipad and jetty which he bought in October 2016 and used for the first time during a Christmas holiday two months later.

Neymar appeared for the party at YOYO near the Eiffel Tower looking elegant in a white hat.
Mangaratiba is one of the three municipalities of the Costa Verde, a chain of mountains covered by the rich Atlantic forest.
Facing the mountains is the sea of the bay of Angra dos Reis.
