The opposition Democratic National Congress (NDC) is set to host the final edition of a press conference in less than 24 hours for the polls to open.

Speakers include the party’s Director of Campaign Operations, Lt. Col. (Rtd) Gbevlo Lartey and Director of Elections Elvis Afriyie Ankrah.

In recent months, the party has held weekly forums on issues related to the electoral process ahead of the 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections.

Its standard bearer, John Mahama, officially concluded his campaign tour on Sunday with a gigantic demonstration in Ofankor, in the Greater Accra region.

His running mate, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang also ended her tour during which she requested the support of voters in some regions of the country.

Despite the embargo on campaign activities 24 hours before D-Day, the NDC is expected to shed light on its readiness in preparation for Monday’s event.

The pre-election report will also, among others, educate electorates on measures to ensure a smooth process.

The show will be held at NDC headquarters in Adabraka.
