NDC leaders, from its opportunistic standard-bearer and presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama, the visionless and extremely corrupt, to its activists on the streets, are aiming to win votes of sympathy from the Ghanaian electorate on December 7.
What a shameless, selfish and insatiably greedy bunch of people who take Ghanaians for fools. It is no wonder that John Dramani Mahama has claimed with impunity that Ghanaians have short memories, are easily forgetful, and can therefore be manipulated by feeding them sweet lies.
The late former President Rawlings was the founding father of the Democratic National Congress (NDC) political party. There is no doubt about that. However, the people of NDC instigated by their gurus who wanted power to get rich, contrary to the principles advocated of “probity, responsibility and transparency” by its founder, launched a wave of attacks against its founder, former president Jerry John Rawlings.
Former NDC deputy secretary general Koku Anyidoho recently confirmed it on air. He said that he once informed then-President Professor John Evans Fiifi Atta Millis of how senior NDC officials had approached him to proceed with insulting attacks on former President Rawlings, only to have President Atta Mills warn him never to do it. that.
Hasn’t NDC Secretary General Johnson Asiedu Nketia aka General Mosquito, seemingly hungry, corrupt, extremely wicked with his bone-piercing personal ugliness, hadn’t he told the nation that the NDC had caged the loud barking dog, implicating former President Rawlings?
Rawlings was completely ostracized from the same party that founded and sealed his constitution with his own blood drawn from his body in public.
Now the same people who cheerfully and unashamedly insulted him, kicked him out of the same party he founded, are today insidiously trying to woo the public to vote for power, because their founder is dead. Are they so insensitive and shameless?
Only Ghanaians with small minds and short memories will grant John Dramani Mahama and his group of seemingly soulless and greedy people the vote of sympathy they seek in hopes of winning the 2020 election.
If I were a member of the NDC and not a mad fanatic, having loyalty to Rawlings, I would rather vote against the NDC but not for them, so hypocritically they have come out after his passing. They’re just shedding crocodile tears.
Shedding crocodile tears is defined as: “Showing false, insincere or hypocritical sadness or remorse. Derived from an ancient notion that a crocodile cries to attract its victims, or that it cries while eating them” or “pretending to be sad or sympathetic with someone without really caring about them ”
Ghanaian comrades, please take note! Don’t let Rawlings’s death be so sympathetic to you that you go and cast your vote for the NDC. They didn’t like it. They hated him for his principles of improving Ghana, so he staged his coups, but only to be let down by corrupt people like John Mahama, Asiedu Nketia, and all those he once called colorful babies with sharp teeth.
