NDC Campaign Has Collapsed – Akufo-Addo

PNP presidential candidate Nana Akufo-Addo says her main opponent, John Mahama, has resorted to lies and deception to revive what he calls the decadent campaign of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

He said this as he concluded his three-day tour of the Ashanti region with a final rally in Ashanti New Town in the Manhyia South constituency, where he admonished residents to reject the former president.

“When someone mentions the government in the PNP, the first thing they talk about is Ghana’s free upper secondary education system. If there is anyone who witnesses its beginnings, it is Matthew Opoku Prempeh.

“Mahama’s campaign has collapsed and it has no content. So you have resorted to lies, blatant fabrications, misrepresentations and confusion of thoughts. The NDC presidential candidacy has collapsed and the campaign is no longer viable for the people of Ghana, ”he said.

Okay, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) standard-bearer promised the Ashanti people that his government will work to make the free SHS policy even better to ensure a solid education for citizens.

Ashanti’s regional campaign tour also saw him commissioning the Bodukwan multifruit processing factory, a project operating under the government’s 1-District-1-Factory initiative.

Together with his team, President Akufo-Addo is currently heading to the Eastern Region, where he is expected to spend a day interacting with residents, as part of his campaign tour of the region.
