Mugeez makes a guest appearance on Davido’s “A Better Time” album, Twitter reacts [ARTICLE]

Davido announced the album’s release date and cover with his son, David Adedeji Adeleke Jr., and guest appearances by top international musicians.

According to Davido, he’s been through ‘crazy times’ this year and ‘through it all, we’ve all had to look inward to find our unique hopes for better times ahead.’

He said he has found hope in a humane and creative way and is happy to share it with his loyal fans.

The “Fall” hitmaker revealed this in an Instagram post, saying: “I will not hold you anymore. This year we have gone through crazy times. Really crazy times. And through it all, we’ve all had to look inward to find our unique hopes for better times ahead. I found some. In human and creative form. I am so glad to finally be able to share them with you. I present ‘A Better Time’ ”.

The track list includes collaborations with Chris Brown, Lil Baby, Young Thug, and Africans Mayorkun, Mugeez, Sho Madjozi, and Bella Shmurda themselves.

Ghana’s Mugeez of R2Bees fame appeared on “Mebe” (track 11) where he lends Davido some Twi words to sing along to.

When the artwork came out, Ghanaians on Twitter couldn’t hide their joy.

Twitter user ‘Jason’ tweeted: “Davido chose Mugeez over stoneBwoy. My condolences to Bhim Nation and its President ”.

The album release is scheduled for Friday, November 13, 2020.
