Arsenal will hold contract talks with Alexandre Lacazette in the summer.
The forward has scored five goals in his last four games after a double in Saturday’s 4-0 win at West Brom.
In total, Lacazette has scored nine times this season and with his contract expiring in 18 months, Gunners boss Mikel Arteta confirmed that his future will be resolved at the end of the season.
“We will speak in the summer and make a decision on what is going to happen,” he said.

Lacazette was Arsenal’s record signing at the time when he arrived from Lyon for £ 46.5m in 2017 and has scored 57 goals in 146 games for the club.
His second-half double at The Hawthorns helped move the Gunners to 11th place in the Premier League table.
Bukayo Saka joined Kieran Tierney’s opener in the 23rd minute, and the Scottish left-back received praise from his manager.
Tierney has suffered injury issues since moving £ 25 million from Celtic in 2019, including a serious shoulder problem, but Arteta believes he is a future Arsenal captain.
“I think he can be because he has the respect and admiration of the staff and all the players,” he said.
‘That’s how it is, it does it naturally. He is a shy boy but he represents all of us in the club, all the values that we want to implement.
“He can still improve, but at the moment he is a real threat in attack and has been really solid defensively.
“He is so humble, he had a very serious injury, he was away from home, but he is a natural leader. When he speaks, he says the right thing and, again, he is exactly what we are looking for and I am very happy to have him on the team.
