Meet a Ghanaian lady who works as a lawyer and nurse

A Ghanaian lady named Elizabeth Owusua has fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a nurse and a lawyer, as she now serves in both capacities, day and night.

In an Elizabeth narration sighted by YEN.com.gh, the young woman indicates that as a child she wanted to be a nurse, lawyer and fashion designer simultaneously.

According to Elizabeth, although she longed to have her dreams, she never imagined how they would all happen due to her humble beginning.

However, he was quick to notice that his training at Mfantsiman Girls helped shape his entire being. After that, she narrated that,

“I went to the College of Nursing and Midwifery Training in Korle Bu, where I graduated with a Diploma in Nursing in 2008 and started working as a nurse in 2010 after national service.”

From there, Owusua notes that he continued to Central University College to complete a Bachelor of Nursing along with work and graduated in 2013.

In 2014, Owusua applied for an LLB from the Gimpa Law School and was admitted, which she did along with night shifts at the hospital and got admission to the Law School in 2017 after graduating from Gimpa and was finally called to the Ghana Bar Association in October 2019.

Meanwhile, Ghana’s President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has revealed that the World Health Organization (WHO) has asked Ghana to share knowledge with African countries.

The president made the rather interesting revelation in his ninth address to the nation on Sunday, May 10, 2020, about the measures to be taken against the new coronavirus, which was closely monitored by YEN.com.gh

According to Nana Addo, the WHO contacted Ghana and requested that the country’s sample pooling experience be shared with other countries on the continent.
