United’s title odds were lowered

United’s latest win over Wolves has again lowered their odds of winning the Premier League title, with rivals dropping points.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team has been nibbled again by the bookmakers, from 1/9 to 1/8, despite being 18/1 just a few weeks ago.

That means United have further consolidated their place as third favorites, now only behind market leaders Liverpool (11/10) and Man City (2/1).

Marcus Rashford’s late goal against Wolves sparked a gambling flurry at United, according to Oddschecker.

United’s form has allowed them to overtake former third favorites Chelsea, who have been demoted to fifth favorites at 25/1. The Spurs are fourth favorites.

Spokesperson Callum Wilson: “It has been a strange season in the Premier League, with surprising results appearing in what appears to be a daily occurrence.

“Less than three weeks ago, Solskjaer was the clear 2/1 favorite to be the first Premier League manager fired.

“In an incredible turnaround, United are now the third favorite and are closing in on their rivals City in the sportsbooks. Can they catch them and Liverpool? Almost a quarter of gamblers think so. “

Premier League Winner Odds:

  • Liverpool – 1/1
  • City of Man – 2/1
  • Man Utd – August 1
  • Tottenham – 1/17
  • Chelsea – 1/25
  • Everton – 50/1
  • Leicester – 50/1
