The presidential candidate for the Democratic National Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, today began his tour of the North Western Region.
Before entering the North Western Region, he concluded his tour of the Ahafo Region on Saturday, after completing a tour of the Bono Region.
In a press release distributed by the campaign spokesperson, James Agyenim-Boateng, Mr. Mahama is expected to interact with chiefs, farmers, artisans and the general public during his visit.
It is also expected to highlight some policies in the NDC people’s manifesto that will improve agriculture and the quality of life of farmers, especially cocoa farmers, among others.
It will also refer to the NDC manifesto plan to implement a free universal health care program under which the general public can access health care for free up to district hospitals.
Mahama will also promote the NDC plan to create one million jobs over a four-year period, as well as the ‘Big Push’ plan to invest two billion Ghana Cedis each year in infrastructure for the next five years to stimulate the economy. the construction sector and create jobs.
