In a heartfelt message, Agyarko’s wife, Madam Alhassan on Facebook, said the family will never forget the impact it had on their lives.

“2 years ago you left us. Paradise your home. You remain in our hearts. You are still our hero whose memory we will cherish forever … The Children and the rest of the family pray to you that you rest in peace in the bosom of your Creator ”, he wrote.

Also among the members of the solemn event was the late deputy’s brother, Boakye Agyarko.

Agyarko was a Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon until he died on November 21, 2018 in a United States hospital.

The late PNP lawmaker is said to have gone to the United States to seek medical attention after an undisclosed medical condition stabilized at Ridge Hospital in Accra.

After his death, his wife ran for the deputy seat in a by-election and won and is currently seeking reelection in the 2020 election.
