President Akufo-Addo announced Sunday that all students from kindergarten through high school will return to school on January 15.
Schools have been closed for about ten months after the outbreak of the new covid-19 pandemic.
However, the president in his 21st update on measures taken against the spread of the virus said: “Our children must go to school, albeit safely, and we are satisfied that under the current circumstances, the reopening of our schools be safe. . “
