Let Easter positively awaken our conscience

We celebrate Easter since we accept Christ and decide to follow his ways.

Once upon a time this Easter day, he was assassinated. The reason is because he believed that all men were brothers and that love conquers all.

Love for his country and his compatriots who should prevent him from robbing the state, robbing the poor, mistreating the weak and the meek.

Love that should allow you to appreciate your fellow man instead of being a racial and tribal fanatic.

Love that should let you know that forgiveness is important because Christ forgave, love that should tell you that sacrificing yourself for the weak and defenseless is not negotiable, because that is what Christ did.

This Easter shouldn’t be like the previous ones where you walk into a church and cry because the priest will remind you how Christ suffered just for you to leave the church and put on your old clothes.

This Easter should be different, it should let you understand that a good name is better than wealth. The son of God chose to suffer and leave his name on the lips of men from generation to generation instead of making a living and dining with the oppressor.

May the Resurrection of Christ this Easter be the Resurrection of goodness in you, the positive side of you and the most important thing that awakens your conscience so that you see that, for every evil you do, someone suffers, and for everything good. you do it, someone benefits.
