Nana Ogyedum Tsetsewa I, Mankrado Gomoa Oguan, has attributed the lack of submission in marriages as a result of the increase in divorce cases in society.

In an interview with the Ghana News Agency in Tema about the divorce rate, Nana Tsetsewa said, most young couples look for solutions to their marriage problems on social media.

She said these social media marriage counselors didn’t appreciate the issues, “unfortunately these self-acclaimed social media marriage counselors are feminists, divorcees, lesbians and inexperienced people.”

Gomoa Oguan Mankrado also pointed out that parents do not prepare their children for marriage; In today’s world, most families have left the education of their children in the care of their teachers.

He tasked parents to take charge of the children’s education, which is not only formal but also informal through traditional family norms.

Nana Tsetsewa stated that the workload of young couples deprived them of having quality time with their partners, “most of them now cheat in the workplace and some also have fun with their single friends and their lovers, creating confusion in marriages ”.

For this reason, he called on society and the family to take charge of the traditional upbringing of children.
