Senior journalist and political analyst, Kwesi Pratt Jnr, has analyzed Akua Donkor’s action before and after the Election Commission statement of the winner of the 2020 elections.
In Pratt’s perspective, Madam Donkor mocked herself after her great jubilation at President Nana Akufo-Addo’s residence in Nima.
“What was she doing on the ballot? If she was so happy that he won, why challenge President Akufo-Addo?
The analyst, who said that he had worked with the best politicians, said that the right thing that Mrs Donkor should have done was to join President Akufo-Addo’s campaign team.
But, Mrs. Donkor presented herself as an opponent only to publicly show that she is a supporter of the New Patriotic Party.
That action, Mr. Pratt says, has shown Ghana how democratically unprincipled some people are who portray themselves as potential Ghanaian leaders.
