Private attorney Maurice Ampaw has described the vociferous New Patriotic Party lawmaker Kennedy Agyapong as a “spoiled brat” whose hideous actions have long been ignored.

He said the NPP guru is not above the law and should be punished if necessary for his actions to serve as a warning to others.

“He has been spoiled for too long in this country. It’s not above the law, ”he said after Kennedy Agyapong was found in contempt.

Kennedy Agyapong has been cited by High Court Judge Amos Wuntah Wuni in contempt after the legislator called him “stupid.”

Ken Agyapong is reported to have “scandalized” and “threatened” the judge and, by extension, the court in an ongoing land case.

On Wednesday, September 2, the legislator had threatened to ask the president of the Supreme Court for a sentence handed down without his knowledge.

On a Net2 TV show, Ken Agyapong called the judge “stupid” for passing sentence when he was unaware of the case despite being the de jure owner of the land for 18 years.

“You are a stupid judge. I will face you, ”Agyapong said on his Net2 television station last week.

He stressed: “I am not Anas to accept a bribe from you. I’ll take care of you “.

Kennedy Agyapong, however, has apologized for his actions, but Maurice Ampaw maintained that his words are “unforgivable.”

“Your apology shouldn’t take away from the fact that what you did was wrong. You should not escape punishment for this behavior. He behaves as if he is possessed by some spirit, ”he said in an interview with NEAT FM morning show ‘Ghana Montie’.
