Popular Ghanaian actor and politician, John Dumelo, has promised to dedicate 50% of his salary to young people in his constituency if he is elected to parliament.
John Dumelo made the statement at the launch of his campaign covered by YEN.com.gh at Bawaleshie School Park on October 18, 2020, amidst other incredible promises.
The parliamentary candidate also promised that he would do what the New Patriotic Party (PNP) government was unable to achieve by building factories in all districts of the electoral district.

According to the NDC candidate, he wishes to establish a soccer team for the Ayawaso constituents with 50% of his salary as a deputy.
John pointed to many jobs he has done as a parliamentary candidate for the town of Ayawaso, which includes providing free tap water, and said his victory by 2020 is assured.
Before the curtain was drawn, the celebrity actor assured John Mahama of the NDC victory throughout Ayawaso West Wuogon.
In other news, famous Ghanaian dancer Michael Amofa, popularly known as Ziggy, was reportedly arrested in East Legon for what was described as “inappropriate clothing”.
In a video seen by YEN.com.gh on Zionfelixdotcom’s verified Instagram identifier, Ziggy was seen at a police barrier, handcuffed to a door.
At the time the footage was taken, Ziggy was complaining on video that he was still in custody so he would not qualify for any criminal charges.
