It was a joke to expose my enemies: DKB makes a U-turn

Popular Ghanaian comedian Derrick Kobina Bonney, also known as DKB, took a 180-degree turn in his decision to quit comedy.

A few hours ago, DKB took to his Twitter page to announce his willingness to withdraw from comedy due to hatred and disrespect.

He explained that his mental well-being was important to him, hence his decision to leave him.

After his post was widely reported by entertainment websites in the country, DKB revealed in a new post that his previous post was just a prank to expose his enemies.

He wrote on Instagram: “Every now and then, you make a joke to expose your enemies. He really thought I was retiring, look at the amount of hatred this blogger had harbored towards me. I deliberately covered their website so they don’t get a free promotion.

“Imagine that a fool calls you for an interview and you waste fuel to honor him, little do you know that he is a feared enemy.”
