Inter Allies coach Henrik Peters Lehm has admitted that his team will miss former striker Victorien Adebayor in the current Ghana Premier League campaign.

Lehm coached the Nigerien international during the truncated 2019/20 Ghana Premier League.

Adebayor was the toast of the fans in the aforementioned season before leaving to join Danish second division team KB Hoge in the offseason.

He bagged 12 goals later in 13 Premier League games.

Coach Lehm could not hide his disappointment at the absence of his fickle forward following his team’s goalless draw against Dreams FC in Week 1 of the 2020/21 season on Monday.

However, the Danish tactician put his trust in his players and said they will improve their later games.

Inter Allies will look to score their first three points of the season when they play as guests at Karela United FC in Week 2 on Sunday, November 22.
