John Barnes believes that Jurgen Klopp would have been fired in his first two seasons at Liverpool if he had been a black manager.
Klopp finished eighth in the Premier League with the Reds in his first season in charge, having taken over in October 2015/16, before finishing fourth the following season.
“You can put structures in their place, but until you change your perception, nothing will change,” Barnes told PlayOjo.
