The Democratic National Congress (NDC) activist and a close associate of the Rawlings ‘Dela Coffie has vowed to publish an explosive article detailing the hypocrisy of NDC Secretary General Johnson Asiedu Nketia regarding the late former President Jerry John Rawlings’ grief. .
Mr. Coffie called for the hypocrisy surrounding Mr. Rawlings’ grief to stop, emphasizing that attempts by some people to cry more than the grieving must end.
“… I want to get rid of the hypocrisy of people like Asiedu Nketia. I really want, but my thoughts just aren’t coming together. I will certainly find my rhythm, and when I do, it will be very explosive. In the meantime, the hypocrisy must stop. The attempt to cry more than the bereaved must also stop, ”he said.
His comments follow Mr. Asiedu Nketia’s accusations that the government of President Akufo-Addo has hijacked the grieving processes for the late former president.
Mr. Asiedu Nketia and Rawlings had disagreements when Rawlings became critical of the NDC, the party he founded.
Meanwhile, Coffie has also called on people to stop using Rawlings’ disappearance for political gain.
“Most importantly, those who think we will allow them to participate in political profit ventures with the demise of President Rawlings should think again,” he wrote.
