President Nana Akufo-Addo has said that of the 1,481 projects his government has given to the entire Eastern Region in his first four-year term, Okyeman only has 560 of them.

“I ask the people of Ghana to rate me based on my track record and if they are satisfied with the work I have done, they should give me the opportunity to do more for them by voting for me,” the president said.
“I am a man of my word,” he said.
“I did not come to deceive anyone, and that is what has given me the courage to seek your support in the next elections. This is what will strengthen me to consolidate the achievements made in my first term ”.
For his part, Okyenhene Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin said Okyenman is solidly united behind the president in his bid to win the December 2020 general election.

Referring to President Akufo-Addo’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin applauded the 17 speeches delivered by the president, which so far have outlined the measures the government is taking to defeat the pandemic, as well as the steps to safely relieve restrictions.
“It has taught us the importance of observing and adhering to the COVID-19 protocols. We must thank God that, at this stage of our national life, he has given us a leader like him.
