Actress Jessica Williams
Ghanaian actress Jessica Williams has responded to claims that she was paid a large sum before campaigning for President Akufo-Addo.
Refuting this in a chat with ZionFelix, Jessica denied receiving money from the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He stressed that he chose to campaign for Nana Akufo-Addo out of love and sheer support.
Jessica also declined to speak about the NDC’s decision not to accept the 2020 election results declared by Election Commission Chairman Jean Mensa.
In a short response, Jessica Williams believes that the results were credible, but it is normal for the opposition party to protest if it does so peacefully.
Jessica was among the public figures who campaigned for President Nana Akufo-Addo before the 2020 general election.
