Guinness Ghana has donated more than 6,000 buckets of veronica to its retailers, bar owners and distributors across the country as they return to the trading post since the coronavirus lockdown.

This is due to the reopening of some tourist sites and open air bars across the country as the company leverages its ongoing customer loyalty program, ‘Yεn Nyin Mbom’, to give back to its business partners and customers, and add value to their businesses as they move from the impact of COVID-19 to business operations.

Over the years, Guinness Ghana has sought to find innovative and creative ways to support its business partners, and the recent global pandemic has made it all the more crucial to extend a helping hand to businesses within its distribution channel.

A beneficiary and owner of the Old Timers Spot, located in the coastal region, Daniel Kwarteng said: “The Veronica buckets help us make sure that customers wash their hands before entering the bar. We also make sure they wear their nasal masks every time they come in. “

Guinness Ghana Commercial Director Obinna Anyalebechi in his remarks during the donation drive said: “As the government eases restriction on some bars, Guinness Ghana wants to assure our partners that we are with them and ready to help them recover. . as they recover from the effects of Covid-19 “.

“In the coming weeks, we will look for retailers and wholesalers that meet the minimum standards of availability of our products, quality and visibility.

“We will do this across the country and those who follow these guidelines will be rewarded for their efforts. We want to assure our clients that we can and will rise again if we work together through strong partnerships, ”he further stated.
