Presidential candidate for the All Peoples Congress (APC), Hassan Ayariga, says he is confident that his message of change has gone well among Ghanaians to give him victory in the next elections.

Hassan Ayariga, who is starting a tour of the Eastern Region from Thursday, December 3, 2020, is expected to finish his national tour in Bawku in the Upper East Region where he hails from.

Talking to Citi News, the APC standard-bearer says he expects Ghanaians to vote for him on December 7.

“We have been to most of the regions. Based on my interactions on the ground, people are tired of the NPP and NDC, so they want a change. That is the voice of the people, and they are asking for a change, so what we have done is sell them our policies, “he said.

Hassan Ayariga has already discredited the poll that predicts a single victory for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the upcoming 2020 elections.

The Department of Political Science of the University of Ghana through its polls inclined President Akufo-Addo to win the elections with 51.7% of the votes with the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama hoped to obtain 40, 4% of the votes.

But Hassan Ayariga, who ranked seventh in the survey with 0.1%, believes that the results vary according to the wishes of Ghanaians.

In an interview with Citi News, Mr. Ayariga stated that his campaign has received positive comments.

“I can bet a million times that this investigation will fail. I tell you it will never happen. I have been to the grounds and people are disappointed that their basic needs were not provided. People say they are tired of both the NPP and the NDC and that I am the only candidate they prefer and that they will vote for me. How can the investigation say that Kwabena Andrews came in third place? Is it because he has a television station and has been speaking on the channel every day or because he has church members who will vote for him to become the third force? ”
