The Ghana Football Association has appointed Julius Ben Emunah as Club Licensing Director.
The Takoradi-based soccer manager replaces Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi, who resigned on September 14, 2020.
Emunah is currently the security and safety officer for the GFA and secretary of the security committee.
The former secretary and managing director of the Western Regional Football Association is also a CAF Safety and Security Officer. He played a decisive role in the CAF 2019/2020 interclub competitions managing matches in Nigeria.
He served as Administrative Deputy Manager of the National Sports Authority in the Central Region for approximately two years before moving to the capital of the Western Region.
He holds a CAF security and protection officer training workshop certificate and a CAF national security and protection officer training workshop certificate respectively.
Julius Ben Emunah read Environmental Sciences at the University of Cape Coast. He has also previously worked for Yes FM, Cape FM and Empire FM of the EIB network.
