The family of a young future wife, Hassan Fari, has been in mourning after their relative died on their wedding day.
The deceased, Fatima Hassan Fari, reportedly passed away around 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2021, three hours from her wedding which was scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
The unfortunate incident occurred in the Funtua local government area of Katsina State in Nigeria.
The cause of his sudden disappearance is still unknown.
She was buried at 2:00 pm on the same Saturday according to Islamic rites with friends and family who took to social media to mourn her death.
A friend, Mallam Muhammad Sani Isah, described Fatima as an upright and caring lady.
“Goodbye to my friend from school Fatima Hassan Fari, who left us this morning to go to a better place where there is no pain and she can be reunited with her father,” she wrote.
“I really had her in a million, she was a perfect upright lady and total humanitarian. No matter what people said or if they did it wrong, she would not judge but would seek an amicable solution.
“He met the enemy with a brave heart and would not withdraw from the cause until all parties were happy. Sometimes I accused her of making excuses for the devil. His motto was “even if the other person is wrong, you do the right thing!”
“Innallahi Fatima no longer exists. May Allah forgive your shortcomings and reward your good deeds with Jannatil Firdaus. My condolences to his family and especially to the members of Asacosa. May Allah give you the strength to bear this great loss.
