The 2011 Presbyterian High School for Boys (PRESEC) group of the year, Legon, has embarked on a health walk and aerobics, with the winners of this year’s National Science and Math Contest (NSMQ).
The event was part of the group’s annual initiation to become what they call ‘Odadie’ after a decade of completing school.
Initiation rides them to become “complete” students of the school and its principles.
Mr. Louis Kwame Sakyiamah, popularly known as Lexis Bill, who led the walk, said: “Former PRESEC students are initiated into the Odade3 fraternity 10 years after its completion and it is the turn of the 2011 year group to start in February 2021 “.
“Building on the school’s success at NSMQ 2020, the year group decided to build momentum into next year’s Bonfire night through a health walk with NSMQ 2020 winners and teachers,” he said.
Participants converged on the Ayi Mensah tollbooth at 6:30 am, the hike started towards Peduase through Aburi Mountain to the Pesuase Methodist School where they were taken through aerobics and ended at 11:00 am.
