Fidelity Bank, a private bank in Ghana, has relocated its main branches to Madina and Tema Community 25 in an attempt to improve the customer experience and convenience for its valued customers.

The Bank also merged its Accra High Street and Accra Central branches into a single branch located within the City Car Park shopping center, about 20 meters from the old High Street branch, according to a Bank statement copied to the News Agency of Ghana.

The new Madina branch is located within the Hollywood banking enclave on the Legon – Adenta highway, while the new Tema Community 25 branch is located at the Community 25 Junction Arcade on the Tema – Aflao highway.

Nana Esi Idun-Arkhurst, Divisional Director of Retail Banking, Fidelity Bank Ghana said: “The relocations and mergers of certain branches are part of the Bank’s digital transformation agenda to reach more customers and provide them with easier access to our products and services.

“Additionally, we want to assure customers that our newly relocated and merged branches will have the same superior service delivery that is the hallmark of the Fidelity branch network.”

Despite the beauty and vibe of the new branches and for those who prefer to bank outside of the bank room, he said, Fidelity had enhanced its portfolio of innovative digital products to deliver a seamless customer experience across points of sale. digital and physical contact and to serve customers quickly and flexibly.

He explained: “The Fidelity mobile app allows customers to make instant payments, open accounts and make instant transfers from any location. The recently introduced Kukua, Fidelity’s 24-hour banking assistant for WhatsApp, enables customers to conduct personalized transactions online from any location in real time. ”

Peter Fordjor, Director of Channels and Sales, Fidelity Bank Ghana, said: “Our relocated and merged branches are designed to facilitate private client engagements with our relationship managers so clients feel comfortable and secure in sharing their financial goals personal and commercial. “

The Fidelity branches in Madina, Tema Community 25 and Accra High Street are open to the public Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

These newly relocated and merged branches are a testament to Fidelity Bank Ghana’s determination to offer convenient banking services to its valued clients, according to the statement.

In just over a decade, Fidelity Bank Ghana has grown from a discount house to a top-tier bank and is now the largest privately owned bank in Ghana.

Currently, the Bank serves its clients in 75 branches in Ghana.
