Renowned Ghanaian singer-songwriter Rocky Dawuni has warned that Ghanaians make democracy a means to advance the nation and not a means to further divide and polarize us.

“Jerry Rawlings ignited that energy of feeling as if we were one. We don’t all feel like NPP or NDC. I am not saying that democratic systems are a problem, I am just saying that we have to make democracy a means to advance and not a means to divide and polarize ourselves further, ”he said.
According to Rocky, we cannot realize the dream of Ghana, the dream of equal opportunity for all if we always work as a divided nation, therefore, despite our varied political affiliations, we must understand that in the end, every political party seeks achieve one. objective, that is, to raise Ghana to its highest level.
