Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has revealed that he never thought he would end up playing for ‘the best team in the world’.
Courtois, who came to Real Madrid from Chelsea in 2018, described playing for the Spanish giants as ‘a dream come true’.
He wrote on Instagram: ‘I started as a goalkeeper when I was 11 years old and since then I have had ambition in my head, but I never imagined that I would play for the best team in the world. It is a dream come true.’
The 28-year-old was answering questions from his followers on Instagram stories.
