Workplaces for Ghana, such as factories, offices, and markets, become hot spots for the spread of Covid-19, reveals the Ghana Health Service (GHS).
Dr. Patrick Aboagye, GHS, Managing Director, talks about the data we collect “All new hot spots come from workplaces, so we must ensure that workplaces are spacious, sanitary and socially remote ”
An industrial food processing company, Pioneer Food Cannery records 533 cases of Covid-19 for Tema.
The Ghana health service revealed that another massive infection occurred in the Obuasi market, where more than 200 people tested positive for the virus.

If you put two figures together, that is, within a week, a total of more than 700 people hire Covid-19 for the workplace.
Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah explains that if you add the Obuasi market and the Tema factory incident, they raise concerns about surveillance in the workplace.
“The offices that we are open to start with must be vigilant, workplace management strategies such as sterilizing cans like door knobs and stair reels to make them happen,” he added.
Ghanaian health officials closed Obuasi Market because of the number of infections, and the Tema industrial factory cut down on dema production, so let’s say a small number of people go to work.
The reason the virus spread easily is for the good of people who work to get closer to each other.
Researchers from the Carolina School of Science and Mathematics say that insects, germs, viruses, and bacteria spread easily so that offices interact more and other people become infected.
