Minister of State for Works and Housing appointed Freda Prempeh
The Municipal Directorate of Tano Norte of the Youth Employment Agency congratulated Mrs. Freda Prempeh, for her appointment as Minister of State for Works and Housing.
“I must say that your new appointment does not surprise me considering your incessant and extreme display of leadership in all the roles played in the political space of Tano North, Ahafo and Ghana in general,” a statement signed by Mr. Douglas Twum, the Tano North indicated the NYA City Director.
A copy of the statement made available to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in Sunyani read: “Young people in Ghana and especially in Tano North look forward to seeing a great and wonderful performance from their new office.”
The statement thanked President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for nominating and providing an opportunity to Ms Prempeh, also a member of parliament from the Tano Norte constituency in the Ahafo region, in her government.
In a related development, the Ahafo Regional Youth Wing of the New Patriotic Party has welcomed the MP’s nomination and praised President Akufo-Addo for the nomination.
“On behalf of all the youth of the Ahafo Region especially, the PNP Ahafo Regional youth wing, we congratulate him on his nomination and wish him the best as he goes through the various processes to assume full responsibility for his position.” , a statement signed by Mr. David Adu-Boateng, the PNP Ahafo Regional Youth Organizer stated.
