The eight-time winner Chelsea will play four-man chasing Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-finals.
Leicester and Manchester United know they will face Southampton in the quarter-finals if they win the quarter-finals on Sunday.
Leicester and United were tied 1-1 when the semi-final tie came at halftime at King Power Stadium.
The semi-finals will take place on the weekend of April 17-18 at Wembley, and the final at the same venue on May 15.
The final could be played in front of 20,000 fans because it has been designated as one of the proposed pilot events to test the return of large crowds to the UK venues this year.

City, aiming to win a Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup and Champions League quadruple, reached the semi-finals when late goals from Ilkay Gundogan and Kevin de Bruyne gave Everton a 2-0 win on Saturday.
Southampton reached the bottom four, for the second time in four seasons, with a 3-0 win at championship Bournemouth, putting their recent Premier League woes aside.
Potential semi-final opponents Manchester United and Leicester have beaten Southampton 9-0 in the past two seasons.
