Calvert-Lewin has already scored two hat-tricks for Everton this season
Dominic Calvert-Lewin marked his England debut with a goal as Gareth Southgate’s team claimed victory in the friendly against Wales at Wembley.

Calvert-Lewin seizes his opportunity
