Award-winning Afrobeat sensation Burna Boy has revealed the names of some prominent Nigerians for whom he has a special heart because of the sacrifice they paid for Nigeria.
Burna Boy participated in an interaction with Arise New where he spoke about the 60th anniversary of Nigeria’s independence and the great men who paid the sacrifice to see the nation prosper. She cited Nigerian lawyer Adebayo O. Ogunlesi as a true reflection of the service and gratitude to the people of Nigeria.

In his own words, “There are some tough Nigerians, seriously respectable Nigerians for whom I would give my last blood,” he said. “Those who have taken care of themselves and have gone out to all parts of the world and have done everything possible to become who they are positively … there are so many … people like the ones I called in my song, Adebayo Ogunlesi …”
“There are so many footballers who have come and gone to try to do something, that’s the only hope we have, because the leaders who were appointed to do this are just not cutting it from this point,” he added.
