Brazilian midfielder Fabio Gama could make his Asante Kotoko debut on Sunday after being included in Maxwell Konadu’s squad for the clash against Berekum Chelsea.
The 28-year-old could have a chance to play in his first Ghana Premier League match after being named by Konadu for the tough showdown in Berekum.
Gama, who arrived in Ghana and started training this week, is on Konadu’s 18-man squad for the crucial match.
The midfielder could be a substitute in the second half after admitting he’s not fully fit to play for more than 30 minutes.
Gama joined the club on a free transfer last month, having been at home for more than five months without a club.
Kotoko needs a win against Chelsea to get her campaign back on track after a disappointing draw in the first game.
The match will start at 3:00 p.m.
