Online sports betting company Betway has launched a new promotion offering sports betting fans the chance to win one of two new VW Polo Sedans, iPhones, cash, airtime and free bets.
The Betway For the Fans promotion begins on September 12, 2020, when the new English Premier League season begins.
Speaking at the launch of the promotion on Friday in Accra, Betway’s National Manager – Marketing, Mr. Kwabena Oppong Nkrumah, said the promotion was created to reward 30,000 of its loyal fans in 30 days.
He said the promotion will run from September 12 to October 11, 2020 and will reward 1,000 winners each day. In addition, two grand prize winners, one from the North Sector and one from the South Sector, will drive home a new VW Polo Sedan.
“To participate in the promotion and win the grand prize, participants only need to register an account and bet on any soccer game. All eligible Betway players will enter the daily, weekly and grand prize drawings. Each additional bet on soccer made during the promotional period will give the player an additional entry into each of the lucky draws, ”he said.
In addition, he highlighted that players can increase their chances of winning one of the VW Polo by making more bets on football during this period.
To enter the drawing for the 30,000 prizes on offer, bettors must bet GHS 4 or more on any sport. Each bet placed will earn you an additional entry into daily, weekly and jackpot drawings. The winners of the weekly drawing will win an iPhone XS Max.
The draw for the winners of the two new VW Polo shirts will take place on October 13, 2020 in Kumasi and on October 20, 2020 in Accra.
It will be recalled that in 2018, a 23-year-old college student, Ransford Adika Senanu, drove a new Kia Cerato in a similar promotion run by Betway.
