Popular singer Becca was not recorded as a daughter in the biography of the last funeral rites of her late mother, Juliana Yiadom Oti, who was buried on February 19.
The late Juliana Yiadom Oti passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021, after a brief illness and was buried on February 19, in the United Kingdom (UK).
Singer Becca, known in real life as Rebecca Akosua Acheampomaa Acheampong, did not attend the last funeral of her late mother, Juliana Yiadom Oti.
The family of the late Juliana Yiadom Oti in London did not recognize Becca as the daughter of the deceased in the book ‘Celebration of Life’ printed and distributed at the funeral.
According to popular UK-based Ghanaian blogger and lawyer Chris-Vincent Agyapong, Becca’s failure to make peace with her mother before her death was the reason the family did not recognize her as the daughter of the late Juliana Yiadom Oti.
“The ‘Celebration of Life’ book that was delivered at the funeral and church service did not mention Becca as a daughter. She was not recognized and I applaud the family for this. After all, a daughter who does not respect her mother nor does he make peace with her when she was alive and continues to resent her even after her death she is not a daughter at all. ” he wrote.
He continued: “Becca didn’t make peace with her mother before she died. In fact, she didn’t even try to communicate with her after the media outbreak about 2 years ago. However, when the mother died, as an expectant of a hypocrite, she took to Instagram to say that she was hurt by the death of her mother and that that day was the most painful of her life. “ added.
Chris-Vincent also made several claims against the musician in his post.
