Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko have presented their new management under the leadership of CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah.
The eight-member management team was outdone at a ceremony in Kumasi and will work for the next three years with the former GFA presidential candidate.
The new team is tasked with transforming the club into one of the best on the continent.
The team has some of the best sports managers in the country and will be in charge for the next three years of Nana Yaw Amponsah’s reign.
Also on the team is former Deputy Secretary General of the Ghana Football Association, Emmanuel Dasoberi, who will be the Manager of Administration and Operations, renowned Broadcast journalist Moses Antwi Benefo is the club’s spokesperson and the former manager of Asamoah. Gyan, Dentaa Amoateng, MBE as Diaspora and International Relations Manager.
Brazilian lawyer Nilo Effori will be the head of the legal department on international affairs.
“My concern is not what should have been done before, but it was not. My concern is to build a solid foundation for the future,” said Nana Yaw Amponsah at the presentation of the management team.
“In just under 3 months, we have achieved, in principle, about 4 huge sponsorships, some bigger than we have now,” he added.
