Assin Central Member of Parliament Kennedy Agyapong has pointed out that some of those appointed by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo were extremely arrogant towards Ghanaians before the elections.

This, he said, almost created problems for the ruling New Patriotic Party (PNP) in the recently concluded presidential and parliamentary elections.

Agyapong said on Net2 that the party will no longer tolerate proud appointments.

“He constantly raised questions about the attitude of these arrogant ministers, but they said he was destroying the party.
“Clearly, his arrogant stance almost created problems for the PNP in the elections. This time we are not going to allow that to happen, ”he said.

In addition, it revealed that the majority of PNP supporters were neglected and not respected by those appointed.

However, he said, these supporters supported the party during the elections.

“The same party supporters who were neglected supported us. It teaches us a lesson that we shouldn’t take them for granted, he said.
